4 Days To Go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

4 days to go. And today was my last day at work.

Hectic day, not helped by the fact that I was losing time doing stuff that I would have happily not dealt with, and then, the team sprung a surprise afternoon tea for me. So kind, so thoughtful, and such a lovely generous gift, but alas, that was more time out of my day to finish my work. And I hate that I sound ungrateful for such a lovely lovely gesture!

Organising to have dinner with my parents, in hindsight, was a bad judgement call. I made Jonathan and I late, as I was still at work at 7pm, when we should have been at my parents having dinner. But, in the end, it was well worth the sighing and the tsk tsking from my folks. We left them with 3 copies of the almighty wedding itinerary, which I took them through step by step, and they are without a doubt feeling a lot better about what the plans are now that they are in black and white, in triplicate.

As it stands, I have had to bring home some work to complete. I have only just finished the work, and have realised that I have still got outstanding tasks at work to finish. I'm going to have to duck in quickly tomorrow morning to finish off the final things I didn't get around to finishing before I left the building tonight.

The Thank You notes are all printed. Woot to that! Yes, amidst all the crazy, I managed to get the Thank You notes printed. I know where my priorities are!

The most stressful wedding related thing happened at 4.50pm, when Sew Special called me to ask if I could please reschedule my wedding dress pick up to late tomorrow afternoon. Anyone who's seen my wedding itinerary knows I don't have time tomorrow afternoon, so I told them I could be there as late as 11am, but no later than that. Turns out Celia has been ill and has not quite finished my dress. I'm sorry, but she's not the only seamstress working at Sew Special, so I'm hoping she's burning the midnight oil just like I am. I will be ropeable if the dress isn't ready when I arrive at the shop tomorrow.

Still need to press the flower girls' dresses. Still need to wash Stella. Still need to breathe.
